As social worker by training, I started my career helping families with students with developmental disabilities. After a long and successful career leading healthcare systems across the country, I started Metamorphix Inc with a singular vision : To close the 11-year gap between onset and treatment of mental illness among children.
My big harry audacious goal (BHAG) and dream is to enable a million flourishing kids to live up to their fullest potential by overcoming anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, social and cultural vulnerabilities and more.
We developed Cascades, a connected set of solutions that help school districts and education service agencies understand whole child needs; coordinate an accountable pathway of support; and learn whether individual care and system conditions are improving. Cascades brings clarity, coordination, and proactive personalized action to whole-child support to drive meaningful gains in student success and wellbeing.

See the whole child and the whole population by bringing relevant strengths, screening signals, observations, goals, supports, and progress information into a coherent whole-child picture.
Coordinate an accountable pathway of support; and make the next action, responsible owner, support plan, and follow-up visible instead of relying on scattered handoffs.
Learn whether individual care and system conditions are improving. Use individual progress and aggregate patterns to refine care pathways, strengthen Tier 1, improve Tier 2 entry decisions, and identify equity or access gaps.
