About me
Ryan Skaggs MPH is the program manager of the CDPH Office of School Health (OSH) where he oversees a variety of initiatives in areas including behavioral health, infectious diseases, and school-based healthcare. Prior to leading OSH, he served as Lean Transformation Manager in the Office of Policy and Planning and as a Program Consultant in the Office of Oral Health, where he led school health programs. Ryan is a Clinton Global Initiative Fellow with a background in environmental justice, community organizing, and nonprofit management.
