About me
Dr. Mary Crnobori is the District Coordinator of Trauma-Informed Schools for Metro Nashville Public Schools. She leads a team of 7 district Trauma-Informed Specialists and oversees 72 fully staffed elementary school Advocacy Centers, or designated regulation spaces designed to support social emotional health and wellness. Dr. Crnobori holds a PhD in Special Education and has extensive experience with teaching, speaking and training, writing, behavior analysis, implementing trauma-informed school practices within integrated multi-tiered systems of support, and systems-wide innovation and leadership. She is dedicated to equipping educators with the information and strategies they need to provide effective and compassionate school environments that support resilience and school success for all learners. Most importantly, she gets her greatest joy from her role as parent of two sons who attend public schools.
