Dave is originally from California and has studied and worked in over 30 countries. Dave has worked in higher education since 2001, completing an Ed.D. in Innovation and Leadership from University of the Pacific. Dave is passionate about developing leaders to produce change and build lives. His areas of research include leadership stress resilience and leading innovation. As a former Dean of Students, Dave is now an associate professor, Director of the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership, and Director of the Graduate Studies Office at Jessup University.
