This presentation shares one LEA’s journey to bringing Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) in-house after years of relying on an outside provider. Presenters will walk through the evolution of the program—from examining existing practices and conducting research to developing an assessment process and building a multidisciplinary clinical team. The session will highlight lessons learned along the way, student outcome data, and the impact of a district-operated model. Presenters will also share current areas of growth and next steps as the LEA continues to strengthen and refine its approach to meeting students’ mental health needs.
