10th Annual Wellness Together Conference has ended
Thursday September 10, 2026 3:45pm - 4:45pm PDT
Mental health is a critical concern for all youth, youth face challenges during critical stages of development that can deeply impact their mental health. This workshop will highlight how school-based peer to peer mental health clubs have proven to be an effective, low-cost, and sustainable solution to provide social, emotional, and mental health support for students. By allowing students to become mental health advocates on their campuses, students are able to create a community and reduce mental health stigma.

We will provide an overview of the Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) clubs on middle and high school campuses, and the importance of letting youth voices be heard. This workshop will also allow our youth mental health advocates to share on a panel about their experiences as advocates within their schools and communities, what they see as the biggest mental health challenges within their school communities, and what their clubs are doing to change the conversations around mental health.
We will end the presentation with a hands on activity led by our student leaders!
